Early afternoon sunshine on the 31st January 1999 at the south end of the Ben Macdui plateau. The Devil's Point casts a shadow across the Lairig Ghru. The gently rounded top of Beinn Bhrotain is behind the Devil's Point across Glen Geusachan. The slope on the left of the shot leads to Carn a' Mhaim.
